Mid Day Meal Scheme was begun in India from fifteenth August 1995 under the name of 'Public Program of Nutritional Support to Primary Education (NP-NSPE)'. In October 2007, NP-NSPE was renamed as 'Public Program of Mid Day Meal in Schools,' which is famously known as Mid-Day Meal Scheme.
MID-DAY MEAL SCHEME AIMS TO:

Increase school enrolment.
Increase school attendance.
Improve socialization among caste.
Saddress malnutrition.
Empower ladies through work.
We coordinated Langars outside fundamental emergency clinics, rail line stations and ghetto regions in around 15 places across uttar pradesh, West Bengal, Orissa, Karnataka to give nutritious, delectable and new food. We served mostly the destitute and needy individuals regardless of station and religion.
